There's a version of summer that lives on the French Riviera. Golden light, long dinners, conversation that wanders wherever it wants to go. This season, we're bringing that evening to Ciel Downtown.
Select Wednesdays, our rooftop sets one table for twelve. A five-course menu, written by our chefs around whatever the season hands them. The dinner series is farm-to-table, locally sourced, and never the same twice. A Champagne Perrier-Jouët pairing pours alongside each course, moving from Blanc de Blancs to Brut to Rosé, with each pour intentionally chosen to complement its course.
Come with the people you already love a good conversation with. Or come alone, and let the table introduce you to someone new. Either way, you'll leave having talked to more than the person across from you.
